Jersey Bulls Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of four new directors to its Board, as the club strengthens its leadership team ahead of the 2025/26 season in the Isthmian League - South East Division.

Taking on the role of Chairman is Adam Budworth, Managing Partner of Grant Thornton in the Channel Islands. Adam, who recently completed a three-year term as President of the Jersey Chamber of Commerce, brings extensive leadership and governance experience to the club. A passionate supporter of sport in the Island, Adam will oversee the strategic direction of Jersey Bulls as it continues to grow both on and off the pitch. He will replace Russell Le Feuvre, who stepped aside to become Club President earlier this year.

Gordon Dickson replaces Peter Hall as Finance Director. A Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience in commercial trading businesses in the Channel Islands, Gordon is currently with Norman Group Limited. He previously served as Finance Director of Norman Limited for 17 years and as CEO of the Guernsey Tennis & Padel Centre for eight years. A former Trinity FC player, Gordon is a lifelong supporter of Scottish club St Mirren.

Joining the board as Communications and Marketing Director is Carl Walker, a communications consultant, media trainer, and former journalist. Carl spent more than two decades in regional media, including 18 years at the Jersey Evening Post where he served as Deputy Editor for four years. He is also currently Chairman of the Jersey Consumer Council and coaches junior football with Grouville FC.

Finally, the role of Commercial Director will be filled by Paul Mundy, who brings more than 35 years of financial industry experience across Jersey, Guernsey, and the UK. Paul has an extensive background in fund administration, global custody, corporate governance, and risk management, and has held senior roles including Managing Director of two funds businesses. He has also served on multiple company and fund boards.

Club President Russell Le Feuvre said: “We are delighted to welcome Adam, Carl, Gordon and Paul to the Board of Jersey Bulls. Each brings with them an impressive track record in leadership, business, and community engagement. Their expertise will be invaluable as we enter the next phase of our journey as a club that represents the Island with pride, ambition and professionalism.”

The appointments come as Jersey Bulls continue to build momentum both on the field and behind the scenes, with a focus on youth development, community engagement and long-term sustainability.
