Our vision is to create a sustainable, successful, financially viable, democratic football club that creates and maintains real and lasting benefits for its members and the local Jersey community.
Our mission is to improve playing standards and offer our elite players the opportunity to play at higher levels on a regular basis, to cultivate standards of behaviour based on fair play and respect for all, and to provide an entertaining and rewarding experience for the club’s supporters.

Executive summary
The purpose of Jersey Bulls FC is to establish an independent, Jersey-based football club — locally owned, with a focus on Jersey football and the wider island community. Strong community links are developed with accessibility for all and discrimination against none; admission prices are kept affordable; and participation, both playing and supporting, is encouraged among local youngsters. Any financial surpluses are re-invested for the club’s future viability and the benefit of the local community.
The club gives players, officials and volunteers the chance to be part of an exciting football project that puts Jersey football on the UK map, supported and guided by the English Football Association. Our long-term plan — working alongside those involved in Jersey youth football — provides a player-development pathway from junior to senior football against English opposition, raises the standard of local coaching, and raises the profile of the island as a serious football community. There is no intention for this to be to the detriment of the local game; we aim to work with all local clubs to enhance football at every level in the island.
