Who we are
Jersey Bulls Football Club (“the Club”, “we”) operates this website at www.bulls.je. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this site. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@bulls.je.
What we collect and why
Contact form. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and message so we can respond to your enquiry. Submissions are delivered to the Club by email and are not used for marketing.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to Club updates we store your email address and use it only to send you fixtures, results and Club news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Tickets. Match tickets are sold through Future Ticketing, whose secure checkout is embedded on our tickets page. Payment and purchaser details are processed by Future Ticketing under their own privacy policy; the Club receives attendance information needed to run matchdays.
Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you. You can decline or change this at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Cookies
We only set non-essential cookies (analytics) after you accept them through the consent banner. Essential cookies — such as those remembering your light/dark display preference and your cookie choice itself — do not require consent. Embedded services (Future Ticketing checkout, YouTube highlights) may set their own cookies when you use them.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal information. The site is hosted by WP Engine; video highlights are delivered by Bunny.net’s content network; ticketing is provided by Future Ticketing; analytics by Google. Each acts as a processor or independent controller under their own published policies.
How long we keep it
Contact form emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 you have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its use. Email info@bulls.je and we will respond promptly. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner.
Children
This website is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Academy and youth-team administration is handled directly by the Club, not through this site.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
